Introducing Neoloy Tough-Cell: A smarter approach to ground stabilisation

We're delighted to announce the launch of Neoloy Tough-Cell, the latest addition to our geosynthetics portfolio.

Developed by PRS and now available through Geoworks, Neoloy Tough-Cell is an advanced geocell ground stabilisation solution engineered to improve the performance of unpaved roads, haul roads, working platforms, construction compounds and other load-bearing applications.

Through our partnership with PRS, we're bringing proven cellular confinement technology together with our technical expertise and specification support, helping customers deliver stronger, more efficient ground stabilisation solutions.

Neoloy Tough-Cell has been developed to help optimise pavement construction while supporting more sustainable engineering practices.

Depending on the project design and site conditions, Neoloy Tough-Cell can:

  • Improve load distribution across weak subgrades.
  • Reduce surface rutting and degradation.
  • Enable the use of locally available or lower strength granular infill where appropriate.
  • Reduce pavement thickness through optimised design.
