Reinforcement is one of the most important steps in creating stable, safe and efficient working platforms, access roads, permanent pavements and rail infrastructure. TerraGrid has been designed to make choosing the right biaxial geogrid simpler, clearer and faster. The range now splits into two distinct families: TerraGrid Core and TerraGrid Pro.

TerraGrid™ Core – The everyday, cost-effective choice

Previously known as SX Grid, TerraGrid Core provides dependable, bi-axial reinforcement with a 100-year design life, ideal for projects looking for strong performance at a competitive price.

Core Range includes:

  • 2020
  • 3030
  • 4040
  • Composite (geogrid + geotextile combined)

This family represents our standard range, giving groundworkers, contractors and merchants a straightforward, reliable reinforcement option.

Its interlock mechanism strengthens weak or variable soils, improves compaction and reduces sub-base thicknesses. The 4m roll width also helps to reduce overlaps, accelerate installation and minimise waste.

TerraGrid Through the coil of a TerraGrid

TerraGrid Core is ideal for:

  • Haul roads and compounds
  • Temporary access
  • Day-to-day stabilisation
  • Car parks
  • Time-sensitive or cost-driven projects

If you need practical, consistent, no-nonsense performance, TerraGrid Core is the right choice.

TerraGrid™ Pro – The premium, long-term reinforcement solution with proven test data and EPD’s

TerraGrid Pro is our premium geogrid family, previously known as E’GRID. With a 100-year design life, EPDs, 3rd party testing, 25 years of proven real-world test data and tuned for specification through Geoworks IQ, it delivers exceptional reinforcement for high-load and long-term applications that require confidence.

Pro Range includes:

  • 2020
  • 3030
  • 4040
  • 3030L (Network Rail-approved)

The large-aperture 3030L variant is specifically designed for railway ballast reinforcement and holds full acceptance for use across Network Rail.

With superior interlock and outstanding load dispersal, TerraGrid Pro can deliver up to 50% sub-base reduction, helping projects achieve significant cost, time and carbon savings.

TerraGrid

TerraGrid Pro is ideal for:

  • Permanent paved roads
  • Industrial and heavy-duty pavements
  • Airport and logistics infrastructure
  • Rail engineering (including ballast reinforcement)
  • Working platforms
  • Projects demanding long-term assurance

When performance, reliability and evidence matter, TerraGrid Pro stands out.
