By working with Wrekin Products, suppliers agree to comply with the following principles and in addition recognise that procurement and production choices have social and environmental impacts beyond their own operations and promote responsible and sustainable practices throughout their supply chains.

• Prohibit child labour in accordance with international standards.
• Provide safe, hygienic, and healthy working conditions.
• Ensure fair wages, benefits, and working hours, in line with local legal requirements.
• Promote a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, or abuse based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

3. Environmental Responsibility

• Comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and standards.
• Minimise greenhouse gas emissions, energy use, and water consumption.
• Manage waste responsibly, including hazardous waste.
• Avoid materials and processes that contribute to environmental degradation, including deforestation.
• Support sustainable sourcing of raw materials and promote environmentally friendly practices.

4. Responsible Material Sourcing

• Avoid sourcing materials linked to conflict, illegal activities, or human rights abuses (e.g., conflict minerals).
• Implement their own responsible sourcing policies and due diligence processes.
• Support fair trade and ethically certified materials wherever possible.

5. Supply Chain Transparency and Traceability

• Disclose sourcing locations and supply chain information for high-risk raw materials upon request.
• Cooperate with Wrekin Products in audits, site assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain full traceability for materials identified as high-risk for ethical concerns.

6. Monitoring and Compliance

• Wrekin Products reserves the right to assess and audit supplier operations to evaluate compliance with this Code.
• Offer training and guidance to suppliers on responsible sourcing.
• Take corrective actions or terminate the business relationship if a supplier fails to meet the standards outlined in this Code.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Seek continual improvement in sustainability, human rights, and ethical practices.
• Engage in open dialogue and collaborate on initiatives to improve supply chain standards.

8. Reporting Violations

• Suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns or potential violations of this Code.
• Wrekin Products supports a safe and confidential mechanism for reporting and commits to taking appropriate action.
