Our market-leading FasTrack woven geotextiles give outstanding performance. Their high load capacity and tensile strength, coupled with a relatively low elongation, provides a high material resistance to breaking under tension.
FasTrack is an ideal separation and reinforcement product, making them a great, cost-effective choice for roads, car parks and other heavy traffic areas.
Woven geotextiles provide a great solution for the separation of granular fill materials and for the provision of sub structure support. The most common application is use as a separating layer beneath roads, helping to prevent rutting through separation and providing tensile support.
FasTrack woven geotextile fabrics are produced with long term performance in mind. Available in CBR puncture resistance ranging from 1,500N to 9,000N. The range includes our ever popular FasTrack 609.
Based on our popular FasTrack 609 geotextile, FasTrack Orange prevents the intermixing of contaminated and uncontaminated soils and its bright colour also alerts users and future users to the potential danger of further excavation.

The mechanical properties of FasTrack offer maximum strength at a minimal cost. FasTrack provide greater mechanical strength per unit weight compared to comparable nonwovens.
Water flow rates
FasTrack enables water flow rates normal to the plane greater than those stipulated in the design.
Carbon reduction
Achieve a significant reduction in the carbon footprint and costs of your project compared to traditional methods.
Resistant
Resistant to acids and alkalis at ambient temperatures with high biological resistance.
FasTrack 609 Orange
FasTrack Orange woven geotextile is based on our ever-popular FasTrack 609. It provides excellent performance for projects that require separation and reinforcement. The bright orange colour helps to alert users and future users to the potential danger of further excavation, such as the risk of intermixing contaminated and uncontaminated soils.
It also helps to direct the water elsewhere and avoid travelling vertically into the soil which aids stability. Woven geotextiles provide a strong separation between layers due to the interlocking nature of the polypropylene tapes and are ideal for heavy-duty projects.
FasTrack is a versatile premium woven geotextile, providing a cost-effective solution for reinforcement, separation, filtration and drainage applications.
Compounds and haul roads
Achieve an economical design with rapid delivery and reduced costs on your compound or haul road.
FasTrack is the ideal solution to provide separation and reinforcement to hardstandings for parking vehicles or storing materials
Car parks
FasTrack allows rainwater to be transported to appropriate drainage systems rather than vertically into the soil, which could be detrimental to ground conditions beneath the car park.
Working with J. Murphy & Sons and Balfour Beatty we helped with the construction of a ten-kilometre haul road to support the first UK nuclear power station to be built in over 20 years. When complete, Hinkley Point C in Somerset will provide low-carbon electricity for around six million homes across the South West.
When a high-profile project in Belfast required some specialist civils assistance, we were on hand to help! The Loft Lines urban development in Belfast is set to transform a prime part of the city with a whole new way of life.
