CellTrack HD installation guide

Start laying the first paver in a corner of the designated surface. Leave an expansion joint of at least 2 cm (depending on the total surface size) between the paver and the edge (use the formula: 5mm per metre + 1cm).

Incorporate extra expansion joints every 15 metres.

Subsequent pavers can be interlocked easily using the half-moon connectors.

CellTrack HD can be easily cut into the desired shape using a hand or electric saw. When cutting pavers, we recommend placing the cut pieces along the edge of the surface, while always maintaining an expansion joint of at least 2 cm.

Note: Avoid using cut pieces smaller than one-third of a full CellTrack HD unit. When filling cut pavers, proceed with care

When filled with gravel, the pavers must remain properly filled at all times.

Whether filled with grass or gravel, the pavers must always be kept free of weeds.

Edging is mandatory and must extend 2 cm above the top edge of the CellTrack HD paver.

Fill with gravel (max. 4/16) up to the top edge of the paver.

Fill the pavers with topsoil and water until the material settles approximately 5 mm below the top surface of the grid.  Then sow grass seeds. 

Note: All traffic must be avoided until after the second mowing.
